# \[1] 35 - Fleeing The Scene Of A Crime

Any person who willfully, and intentionally leaves the scene after committing a crime.

This does not apply to anyone that has witnessed a crime. Whilst we encourage them to report it, this law does not prohibit them from leaving the scene; only the offender.
